Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Miley Matilda. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

And also include the following information:
• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Once you place your order these items are reserved and taken out of stock for you. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as inventory is purchased we re-order any available stock, returns of pre orders within 10 days of receipt are eligible for an exchange or store credit, we do not normally issue refunds on pre orders. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that ordering in advance can sometimes be difficult. If your item(s) simply does not work please contact us to discuss options.
You pay a 50% deposit + shipping, with the remaining 50% due when the item arrives. We will contact you via email for the remaining balance, if you paid via Pay pal we will send you a Pay pal invoice. If that is not successful we will attempt to contact you by email/phone 2 times. If after these attempts you have not been in contact with us, your pre order will be put back in stock and you will loose your deposit. There will be no refunds on pre orders that are not claimed after our attempts.
Please Note. Delivery times are an estimate, We are dealing with oversea Labels and may have delays in production or with postage which can not be helped and is totally out of our hands. We will try to keep you up to date with any of these problems if they arise.
Please Note Suppliers can find that sometimes the preorders out weigh the stock on hand and we may not be able to fill your order, if that is the case your money will be refunded.
